5月28日下午，2023中关村论坛平行论坛“全球标杆孵化器论坛——前沿孵化模式探讨与实践”在京举行。此次论坛是一场全球孵化行业盛会，国内外知名标杆孵化器负责人、创业孵化研究学者、领军企业融通创新业务高管、硬科技创新创业者通过线上线下方式参加，共同为推动全球硬科技孵化升级发展建言献策，积极参与构建开放、合作、共享的全球硬科技创新创业新生态。市科委、中关村管委会副主任张宇蕾在“前沿孵化模式探索与标杆孵化器北京实践”的主旨演讲。

面向全球、面向未来，市科委、中关村管委会副主任张宇蕾代表中关村发出三点硬科技创业孵化倡议。

一是建立开放、协同、共享的全球孵化服务网络，多边、多维合作推进硬科技创新创业，共创人类美好未来。

二是支持全球各类高端人才加入孵化行业，共建标杆孵化器，吸纳各类创新主体和要素深度参与，持续探索硬科技孵化新范式，携手掀起硬科技创新创业的新热潮。

三是加强硬科技孵化前沿趋势研究，指引孵化器专业化、价值化、国际化发展，携手布局新领域新赛道，支撑全球高精尖产业发展和未来产业培育，加快形成新动能新优势。

ZGC issued three-point hard technology business incubation initiative

On the afternoon of May 28th, 2023 ZGC Forum"s parallel forum \"Global Benchmark Incubator Forum - Discussion and Practice of Cutting-edge Incubation Models\" was held in Beijing.

Facing the world and the future, Zhongguancunissued a three-pointhard technology business incubation initiative.

The first initiative is to establish an open, collaborative and shared global incubation service network, multilateral and multi-dimensional cooperation to promote hard-tech innovation and entrepreneurship and create a better future for humanity.

Secondly, we will support all kinds of high-end talents from theworld to join the incubation industry, build benchmark incubators together, attract all typesofinnovation bodies and factors to participate deeply, continue to explore a new paradigm of hard-tech incubation, and jointlyset off a new boom of hard-tech innovation and entrepreneurship.

Thirdly, we will strengthen research on the frontier trends of hard-tech incubation, guide the professional, value-oriented and international development of incubators, jointlylay out new tracks in frontierfields, support the development of global high-precision industries and the cultivation of future industries, and accelerate the formation of new dynamic forceand advantages.
